OUR CLEANING SCOPE

What We Cover

Thoughtfully detailed cleaning across the spaces that matter most, with every service carried out with care and attention to detail.

01 Living Areas +
  • Vacuum and mop floors.
  • Clean and polish mirrors and reflective surfaces.
  • Dust and wipe furniture and accessible electrical items, including sofas, tables, shelves and ceiling fans.
  • Clean the exterior of air-conditioning units and accessible filters.
  • Clean ceiling fans where safely reachable.
Not included: Deep cleaning of carpets or leather sofas, and curtain removal or washing.
02 Kitchen +
  • Dust and wipe walls, cabinet exteriors, countertops, sink, taps and dining surfaces.
  • Wipe accessible small kitchen appliances.
  • Clean the exterior surfaces of the stove, hob and exhaust hood.
  • Remove general household waste and replace bin liners.
03 Bathrooms +
  • Clean bathtubs, shower areas and surrounding surfaces.
  • Clean and treat accessible glass and mirrors.
  • Clean basins, taps, ventilation fans, racks and accessible drawer exteriors.
  • Clean floors, drains, toilet bowls, wall tiles and doors.
  • Remove general household waste and replace bin liners.
Mould: We will make reasonable efforts to clean visible mould. However, complete removal cannot always be guaranteed, particularly where mould has penetrated the underlying surface.
04 Bedrooms +
  • Vacuum and mop floors and accessible shelving.
  • Clean interior windows, frames and sills where safely reachable.
  • Make beds and change bed sheets. Laundering is not included.
  • Clean the exterior of air-conditioning units and accessible filters.
  • Clean ceiling fans where safely reachable.
Not included: Curtain removal or washing.
05 Outside the Standard Scope +

To maintain a safe and professional cleaning process, the following are outside our standard cleaning scope:

  • Moving or lifting heavy furniture or items exceeding 10 kg.
  • Removal or disposal of large, bulky or heavy items.
  • Cleaning high or inaccessible areas, including high ceilings and exterior windows.
  • Use of highly corrosive, hazardous or dangerous chemicals.
  • Removal of deep-set stains, permanent discolouration or restoration of damaged surfaces.
  • Cleaning of pet waste, urine, faeces, fleas or other significant pet-related contamination.
  • Pest removal or treatment, including cockroaches, lizards and other pests.
  • Cleaning of heavily soiled areas or spaces with persistent or strong odours requiring specialist treatment.
  • Outdoor areas such as garages, yards and other external spaces.
  • Manual scrubbing or hand-washing of entire floor surfaces as a specialist restoration service.
If your property requires additional or specialist cleaning beyond the standard scope, please let us know before your booking so we can advise on the most suitable arrangement.
