  • Our cleaners are Singaporeans, PRs, and foreigners with valid work passes. They’re all full-time employees, and we verify their work status with ICA before assigning them to jobs.

  • Yes! Assigning the same helper allows better communication and a more personalized cleaning experience.

  • Absolutely. All cleaners are carefully screened, trained, and assigned only after passing our selection process.

  • No. We provide a vacuum cleaner, steamer mop, and all necessary cleaning supplies. For hygiene and safety, we recommend using only the equipment provided by the client, ensuring tools are clean and specific to your home. Please let us know is there’s any special requests, and we will provide everything needed to complete the service.

  • We only charge exactly what you pay, with a small $4 platform fee per booking that covers secure payments, reliable scheduling, and peace of mind for every clean.

  • By confirming your booking, you agree that any cancellation will incur a 5% charge of the total booking amount.
