Cleaning results depend on the property's condition, surface materials and the type of residue present. Some marks or construction residue may not be removable through standard cleaning.

Every property is different.
Pricing is based on the actual condition of the property. The presence and amount of renovation debris, contractor leftovers, heavy residue or additional cleaning required may affect the final scope and quotation.
Heavy construction debris, bulky materials and disposal of large items are not included as standard and may require additional arrangements. Floor scrubbing or polishing and formaldehyde removal are not included in the standard post-renovation cleaning service.
